I finished weaving my chair. Next Saturday, my Dad will teach me to do the final edging around the seat. Learning to cane was really fun. Now I can check out garage sales and antique stores for caned chairs with holes in the seats. I'm hoping I can get them for a song then recane the seat. What I'll do with them afterward I haven't figured out yet.

If that was your first caned seat, I'm impressed. My mother caned several chairs and gave me a stool that needs to be recaned. I've got the materials, I understand the process, found directions, seen it done, know it can be done...have to take the plunge and do it. :) You may have been the incentive.
